At the end of each week, cashback is calculated on your net loss — total bets minus total winnings, with your tier's rate applied to the remaining amount.
Net loss means what remains after subtracting your total winnings from your total bets for that week. If your winnings exceed your losses in a week, no cashback applies for that week. But in any week where there is a net loss, take returns cashback on that amount according to your tier.
